NPTEL
NPTEL is a joint venture of the IITs and IISc, funded by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, and launched in 2003. Initially started as a project to take quality education to all corners of the country, NPTEL now offers close to 600+ courses for certification every semester in about 22 disciplines.

SWAYAM PRABHA
SWAYAM PRABHA is a group of 22 DTH channels devoted to telecasting high-quality educational programmes on a 24×7 basis using the GSAT-15 satellite. Every day there is new content for at least four hours, repeated five more times a day, allowing students to choose a convenient time. Channels are uplinked from BISAG-N, Gandhinagar, with content provided by NPTEL, IITs, UGC, CEC and IGNOU; the INFLIBNET Centre maintains the web portal.

CREDIT TRANSFER
