Admission Process
As per State Govt. guidelines, centralized online counseling for MCA 1st Year admission is conducted through Coordinator, RMCAAP-2026 (Rajasthan Management & Computer Applications Admission Process), by the Center for Electronic Governance, Jaipur.
Who Can Apply
A candidate must have passed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 3-year duration) with 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category) from a recognized University/Institution.
Candidates appearing in the final year of graduation with a valid RMCAAP score may appear for counseling, but their admission is provisional — subject to submitting the qualifying mark sheet/degree with prescribed eligibility. RMCAAP is open to candidates across India, with preference to Rajasthan domicile.
5% extra seats of approved intake are reserved for economically backward Rajasthan-domicile candidates with combined parental income below ₹8 lakh/annum, allotted on merit.
5% extra seats reserved for candidates migrated from Jammu & Kashmir, subject to a certificate from the competent authority.

Examination/development fees are paid separately to RTU Kota. Other fees (bookbank, insurance, etc.) follow college norms. Fees are subject to revision by the State Level Fee Determination Committee, Govt. of Rajasthan. Academic fee is payable in two semester-wise installments.
