Admission Process
The Centre for Electronic Governance, Jaipur conducts centralized counseling for admission to the B.Tech. 1st year programme, based on JEE (Main) rank and/or Class-12 marks/percentile. Candidates who have not appeared for JEE (Main) may apply on the basis of Class-12 marks — however, JEE (Main) rank is given higher priority over Class-12 percentile.

Who Can Apply
Candidates must have passed Class-12 (XII) or an equivalent exam with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/Non-Creamy-Layer OBC/MBC of Rajasthan) in Physics, Maths, and Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Technical Vocational subject/Biology, from BSER, CBSE, or any other recognized Board/University.
Candidate’s date of birth should be on or after October 01, 2007 (on or after October 01, 2002 for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
5% extra seats of the approved intake are reserved for economically backward candidates of Rajasthan State whose parents’ combined annual income is below ₹8 lakhs. Allotted on merit within the respective branch.
5% extra seats are reserved for candidates migrated from Jammu & Kashmir, subject to a certificate from the competent authority. Apply via the REAP admission website.
10 seats are reserved for J&K domicile candidates under the Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme. Academic and hostel fees are covered by AICTE. Apply via aicte-jk-scholarship-gov.in.
